WELCOME TO
Learning to Live Sustainably

We can do it together

L2LS is excited to announce the addition of not one, not two, but three new items to their line-up of local sustainable products!

Along with the wide variety of local artisan breads from Sixteen Bricks Artisan Bakehouse and Shadeau Breads and local raw honey from Bee Haven Honey, you can now buy the following items at the L2LS booth at Lettuce Eat Well Farmers' Market each Friday 3-7pm at CUMC, 3820 Westwood Northern Blvd, 45211:

Mt. Kofinas Olive Oil
Mt. Kofinas Olive Oil originates from olive groves owned by the Semertzides family and their relatives who have lived in Greece for many generations (some now reside in Cincinnati).  After the olives are harvested and cold pressed in Greece, the oil is shipped to Cincinnati where the Semertzides bottle the oil.

Sandwich Sax & Snack Sax
Just in time for school lunch packing, you can now purchase Snack Sax and Sandwich Sax.  Using these products eliminates the need to constantly spend your money (and the Earth's resources) on use-once-and-throw-away plastic bags.  And, your kids will be able to show others how cool they are by living more sustainably through the use of re-useable sandwich and snack bags.  These items are handcrafted in Xenia, Ohio by Lee Rose.

Mustard from Gene the Mustard King
Made right here in Cincinnati by Gene Goldschmidt, these mustards are a local favorite.  In fact, Gene's Honey Mustard was the Gold Medal Winner at the 2002 Napa Valley Mustard Festival.  Rumor has it that the King may be planning a visit to LEWFM so his loyal subjects can meet him in person.  So, be on the lookout for the Mustard King's crown.
